All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our business and the limited-edition, collectible nature of the products we sell, we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. This policy applies to all purchases, including in-stock items, exclusive releases, and limited-quantity products.

Orders are processed and allocated immediately after checkout to ensure availability and fairness for all customers. Because of this, we are unable to modify, cancel, or reverse orders after they are submitted, regardless of changes in personal circumstances, payment issues, or buyer’s remorse.

Presales & Limited Releases

For presale or made-to-order items, estimated release dates are provided as a guideline and are subject to change. By placing a presale order, you acknowledge and accept potential production delays and confirm your commitment to the purchase. Presale orders are also non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos and additional details to evaluate the issue. If the claim is approved, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution at our discretion.

Chargebacks & Disputes
