How long will it take to process my order?
1-2 Business Days (Monday - Friday). Orders that are missing info (ie. billing address is wrong) and large money value orders may require extra-verification and will add to this processing time.
I ordered overnight shipping, can I expect my order the next day?
For overnight and 2nd day shipping please factor in processing time and the time of day you order when factoring your delivery date (ie. ordering late in the day).

International Orders
All International orders are shipped via DHL. Buyers are responsible for all Duties and Taxes, or processes to get the item into your country. We will ship the item with all your information included.
Signature Required for Orders Over $300
Any order totaling $300 or more requires an adult signature (18+) upon delivery. There are no exceptions to this policy, regardless of shipping method, carrier, or destination. This requirement exists to protect both you and us by ensuring high-value orders are received directly by the intended recipient. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the package at the delivery address, or arrange to pick it up from the carrier if you will not be home. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to no one being available to sign.
