How long will it take to process my order?

1-2 Business Days (Monday - Friday). Orders that are missing info (ie. billing address is wrong) and large money value orders may require extra-verification and will add to this processing time.

I ordered overnight shipping, can I expect my order the next day?

For overnight and 2nd day shipping please factor in processing time and the time of day you order when factoring your delivery date (ie. ordering late in the day). 

How long do the shipping methods take?

  • USPS Media Mail 2-8 business day transit + processing time
  • USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business day transit + processing time
  • UPS Ground 1-5 business day transit  + processing time
  • UPS 2nd Day Air 2 business day transit + processing time
  • UPS Next Day Air 1 business day transit + processing time
  • Note: Shipping time does not include weekends or holidays

Signature Required for Orders Over $300

Any order totaling $300 or more requires an adult signature (18+) upon delivery. There are no exceptions to this policy, regardless of shipping method, carrier, or destination. This requirement exists to protect both you and us by ensuring high-value orders are received directly by the intended recipient. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the package at the delivery address, or arrange to pick it up from the carrier if you will not be home. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to no one being available to sign.

International Orders

Carrier & Fees
All international orders are shipped via DHL. We charge a low international shipping fee to cover the cost of getting your order to you.

Duties, Taxes & VAT
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DUTIES, TAXES, AND VAT, as well as any other fees or processes required to import the item into their country. These charges are set by your country's customs authority, not by us, and are completely outside of our control. In most countries, media items are exempt from duties and taxes, though exemptions vary by destination and are not guaranteed.

We will not refund or help cover any VAT, duties, or taxes whatsoever, under any circumstances. Please factor this into your purchase decision, as it will not be treated as grounds for a refund, cancellation, or dispute after the order has shipped.

Customs Documentation
Every international shipment includes all required order information and customs documentation to help the package clear customs smoothly. It remains the customer's responsibility to complete any additional steps their country's customs office may require to release the shipment.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages
By purchasing from our store, the customer agrees not to refuse delivery of an international package. Any international package that is refused, unclaimed, or returned as undeliverable will incur a 100% restocking fee, and no refund will be issued for shipping costs, duties, or the item itself.

PO Boxes / Lockers

Please note that because we ship all international orders with DHL, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers. To make sure your order arrives without delay, please enter a full street address at checkout.
